1. Information we collect

Information may include account identifiers, email and display name, profile and handle, projects, writing, uploaded media, settings, published work, comments, reports, saves and checkpoints, Coins access history, orders, and messages sent to support.

For safety, the platform may process request details such as time, device, User-Agent, and network address as needed for rate limits, anomaly detection, and operational records.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We use information to provide accounts, Creator Studio, Player, saves, Marketplace, payments, community care, support responses, and security, and to meet legal obligations and handle related disputes.

Non-essential analytics, product experiments, and transfers to external analytics tools occur only with consent or another appropriate legal basis. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

3. Cookies and device data

We use cookies or equivalent mechanisms for the sessions required for sign-in and security. Local Storage keeps the interface language, draft recovery data, and device saves. Required functions may not work when these mechanisms are disabled.

NANATALE does not currently operate cross-site tracking advertising.

4. Disclosure and service providers

Information is shared only as needed with hosting, database, object storage, payment, email, error monitoring, and enabled analytics providers. AI processing occurs only when a user chooses a related command, and the interface shows when a service is not connected.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud and security incidents. Personal information is not sold as a product.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed for its purpose. Active accounts and projects are retained while the service is provided. Transaction records, security logs, and dispute evidence may be kept longer when required by law or accounting duties.

Users may request deletion or restriction through Contact. Until self-service account deletion is available, we may keep the minimum information needed to prevent fraud, enforce suspensions, or meet legal obligations.

6. Data subject rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, a copy, correction, portability, deletion, restriction, or objection, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. We verify identity and respond within the period required by law.

7. Security, transfers, and minors

We use access controls, tenant isolation, file checks, audit logging, and technical safeguards appropriate to risk. Some providers may process information in other countries with appropriate safeguards.

Minors should use the service with the consent and supervision required by law. If you find information about a minor collected improperly, contact us so we can investigate and act.
